Privacy Policy
How Jade X² handles the information you share through this website, by email and by phone, and when we provide our services.
Effective 2026-11-08. Version 2026-11-08.1.
This policy explains how Jade X2 Inc. collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit jadex2.com, use its contact form or demos, email or call us, or work with us as a client of our professional services. Our business software platform is still in development and doesn’t handle customer information yet. Before it does, we will update this policy.
Who we are
This website, jadex2.com, is operated by Jade X2 Inc. (“Jade X²”, “we”, “us”), a business that provides professional services to other businesses. You can contact us about privacy by email at info@jadex2.com, by phone at 1-888-523-JADE (1-888-523-5233), or by post at our mailing address:

Information we collect
When you use the contact form
We collect what you enter: your name, email address and message, and, if you choose, your company and a topic. When the form delivers your message directly, the website adds a reference number and the time it was received.
To protect the form from abuse, the website’s code uses your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time. Our code keeps it only in the server’s memory, for up to ten minutes; it does not save it or include it with your message. (Our hosting provider may separately record it, as described under “When you visit the website”.) The form also includes a hidden field and records how long the form was open, to filter automated spam; neither is kept with your message.
When you press Send, the website checks the form. It then either passes your message directly to our business mailbox, info@jadex2.com, which Google Workspace hosts, or, while direct delivery isn’t set up, asks you to send it to that address from your own email application, keeping what you typed in the form. The website itself does not store your message. If the form can’t confirm that your message was sent, it tells you so and keeps what you typed, so you can try again or email us instead. A message you send that way reaches us as an ordinary email, described below. The form doesn’t sign you up for any mailing list.
When you email us
If you email info@jadex2.com, we receive your email address, whatever you include in your message, and the technical details email systems add to every message (such as the time it was sent and the servers it passed through). Our email is hosted by Google Workspace (Google LLC).
When you call us
If you call 1-888-523-JADE (1-888-523-5233), our telephone provider, RingCentral, handles the call. We receive your phone number (unless you hide it) and the date, time and length of the call.
We do not record telephone calls. If you leave a voicemail, we keep the recording of your message, with your phone number and the time you called, so that we can reply. We keep voicemails as described under “How long we keep information”.
We may introduce call recording in the future. Before we do, we will review the consent and notice requirements that apply, put appropriate safeguards in place, and update this policy. No call will be recorded before then.
The website doesn’t offer text messages or ask for consent to receive them. If we offer text messages in the future, we will update this policy first.
When you work with us
When we provide professional services to your business, we collect the business contact details of the people we work with, such as names, job titles, email addresses and phone numbers; the information we need for proposals, agreements, invoices and payments; and the information you choose to share with us so that we can provide the services. Depending on the work, that can include information about your business, your employees or your customers.
We handle the information you share with us for a service as our agreement with you describes, including its confidentiality terms. Where a service requires a data processing agreement or other specific terms for personal information, we will agree them with you before that processing begins.
When you pay us
If you pay us through a payment provider, such as Stripe, that provider processes your payment details under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive confirmation of the payment and limited details about it, such as the amount, the date and, for a card, its brand and last four digits. We don’t receive or store full card numbers.
When you visit the website
Like most websites, our hosting provider, and the network services it uses to deliver and protect websites, may automatically record technical information about requests, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. They keep these records under their own retention policies. We use any such information only to operate, secure and fix the website.
The website’s own code doesn’t record which pages you view or your IP address. Its logs contain only short event names, such as a note that a contact-form message was accepted, never what you entered.
When you try the demos
The demos show fictional companies and data. What you do in them, such as the demo company you build, the steps you complete and the settings you choose, stays in your browser and isn’t sent to us. Please don’t enter real personal or business information in a demo. How the demos use your browser’s storage is described under “Cookies, browser storage and tracking”.
Sign in and Register
Customer sign-in and registration are not available yet. The website’s Sign in and Register options don’t collect any information.
How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry and give you the information you ask about.
- To provide our services, and to prepare and manage proposals, agreements, invoices and payments.
- To keep a record of our business correspondence and of the work we do for clients.
- To operate the website, keep it secure, and prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
Artificial intelligence (AI)
The website does not use artificial intelligence (AI) to process the information you give it. Some of our professional services use AI tools, as their descriptions on this website explain: for example, our AI-assisted executive services use AI tools to help gather and analyse information and prepare reports.
- When a service uses AI tools, we use the information you share with us in them only to provide that service.
- Using AI is optional. If you would rather we didn’t use AI tools with your information, tell us and we will agree how the work is done without them.
- Decisions that affect your customers, your pricing or your money stay with people.
Service providers and sharing
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, so that they can provide their services to us:
- Render, our website hosting provider, which serves the website and processes requests to it.
- Google LLC (Google Workspace), our email provider, which hosts our mailbox, including the messages the contact form delivers.
- RingCentral, Inc., our telephone provider, which handles our calls and voicemail.
- Payment providers, such as Stripe, when you pay us through them.
- The software and service providers we use to deliver a particular service, such as the AI tools described above or tools your business asks us to work in, as our agreement with you describes.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request; to protect our rights, property or safety, or those of others; to our professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, when they need it to advise us; or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, in which case it remains protected as described in this policy.
Cookies, browser storage and tracking
The public website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, social media plugins, tracking pixels or any other tracking technology. Every part of it, including its fonts, images and the explainer video, comes from the website itself, so your browser doesn’t contact other companies’ services while you browse. The website’s pages and the contact form store nothing in your browser.
The demos use your browser’s own storage, not cookies, only to make the demos work:
- Session storage keeps your progress in a demo, such as the demo company you build, for that browser tab only. It is deleted when you close the tab.
- Local storage keeps a demo’s display settings, such as dark appearance or an accent colour, if you change them, so they are still there next time. They stay until you clear this website’s data in your browser.
This storage stays on your device. It isn’t sent to us, and it isn’t used to identify or track you. Because we don’t sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, there is nothing for a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal to turn off.
How long we keep information
We keep website enquiries and general business correspondence, including emails and voicemail messages, for 24 months after our last interaction with you, and then delete them. We may keep information for longer when that is reasonably necessary for:
- an active business relationship with you or your organization;
- legal and regulatory obligations;
- tax and accounting requirements;
- security investigations;
- disputes and legal claims; or
- other legitimate operational needs that we document.
The 24-month period does not apply to other kinds of records. Records of our work for clients, such as proposals, agreements, invoices and project files, are kept for as long as our agreement requires and as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Accounting, tax and payment records follow their own retention requirements.
Some information is kept for much less time: the website’s memory of IP addresses for limiting messages lasts up to ten minutes, and demo session storage ends when you close the tab. Demo display settings stay in your browser until you clear them. Our service providers keep their own technical records under their own retention policies.
Deletion is done by our staff, not automatically, so information can remain for a time after its retention period ends, until it is deleted. Deleting information from our accounts may not immediately remove copies held by our service providers, which follow their own deletion processes.
How we protect information
- The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and it tells browsers to always use them.
- A strict content security policy stops the website’s pages from loading code or content from other sites.
- When the contact form delivers a message to our mailbox, it uses an encrypted connection and signs each message, so our receiving system accepts only messages that come from our website.
- The website doesn’t store enquiries, and its logs don’t contain what you send.
No website, email or phone system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been affected, please contact us.
Your privacy rights and requests
You can ask us:
- what personal information we hold about you, and for a copy of it;
- to correct it;
- to delete it; or
- to stop contacting you.
To make a request, email info@jadex2.com, call us or write to our mailing address above. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request, and to ask someone acting for you for proof that you authorized them. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where a law sets a deadline, within it.
We can’t always delete everything. We may need to keep some information, for example to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations, to resolve a dispute, or to complete work you asked for, and deletion from our service providers’ systems can take time. If we keep information after a request, we will tell you what and why.
Depending on where you live, your state’s privacy law may give you further rights, such as the right to appeal our decision about your request. Where such a law applies to us, we will respond as it requires. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Visitors outside the United States
Jade X² is a United States business, and this website is intended for customers in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. Privacy laws there may differ from those where you live.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date and version, and earlier versions are available from us on request. If we make a significant change, we will point it out on this page before it takes effect, and we will give any other notice, or ask for any consent, that the law requires.
