Partner program
Working with your clients inside their Jade X² dashboard
For accountants, bookkeepers, advisors and consultants who help small businesses run better. The program is being planned; this page says what is intended and what is still open. Nothing on it is an offer.
Where it stands
Planned Not open yet
The partner program is not open, and no one can sign up. Below is the planning direction, an illustration of how tiers could work, and how access to a client's dashboard is being designed. None of it is available yet.
Planning direction
What the program is planned to include
These are planning assumptions. Each one says what exists today: nothing is built.
Open enrollment
The direction is that firms can apply without an invitation. It is not open and no one can enrol.
Managed-client attribution
Linking a paying client to the partner firm that actively manages it. A referral alone earns nothing. How active management is shown, and what happens when two partners claim one client, is not decided.
A partner dashboard
Where a partner would see the paying clients it manages and its tier. It does not exist.
Commission reporting
Reporting on recurring commissions from the paying clients a partner actively manages. How much and when anything is paid is not decided, and nothing is paid today.
Partner tiers
PlannedType a number of actively managed, paying clients to see which tier it would reach. Tiers count clients the firm actively manages that pay for Jade X², not referrals or trials. This is an illustration only: it checks no one and sends nothing.
4 actively managed, paying clients would reach Silver. 1 more would reach Gold.
- Bronze1–2 actively managed, paying clients
- Silver3–4 actively managed, paying clients
- Gold5–9 actively managed, paying clients
- Platinum10 or more actively managed, paying clients
Rewards and commission percentages are not set, so none is shown. A tier never gives a partner access to a client's data.
How access will work
Your client stays in control
These are the rules the design follows, so that helping a client never means unrestricted access to their business.
The client decides
A partner firm sees a company's dashboard only after that company's owner or administrator authorizes it. Nothing is visible by default.
Scoped to what was granted
The authorization names what the partner may see, so a bookkeeper need not see everything an advisor does. Roles at the partner firm limit it further.
Revocable at any time
The client can withdraw access whenever they choose, and expired or revoked access stops working straight away.
Recorded
Each use of partner access is part of the client's activity history, so the client can see who looked at what.
Separate from other clients
Each client's data stays in its own company. A partner moves between clients they were authorized for; one client never sees another.
Still to be decided
Not settled yet
- How active management is shown and when it starts, and what happens to an existing client or a duplicate claim
- Commission rates, what they are a percentage of, the period, currency and rounding, and what happens on a refund or cancellation
- Who may be paid, how, and the tax and agreement requirements
- Training or certification if any, and licensing or white-label use of the platform
Nothing on this page is an offer. We would rather tell you what is open than guess.
