The Core Dashboard is useful on its own. Add business modules and integrations one at a time, and use as much or as little AI as you like. Custom development is scoped separately. The software platform is in development: subscriptions and automatic billing aren't available yet, and every price here is illustrative.
1. The foundation

Every subscription will start here, and many businesses will need nothing more at first: one dashboard for the basics, with modules added only when you want them.

- Standard: The module's own tools.

- Shared is not charged twice: a module reachable from two categories is one purchase, counted once.
- Suite and bundle prices are on top of the Core Dashboard. Seat-priced modules scale with the number of users.
3. Optional integrations
Keep the tools you already use
Where Jade X² supports software you already use, you will be able to connect it instead of buying the equivalent module. Each connection will be chosen on its own. Integrations are planned, and their prices are not set yet.
4. Getting started
Onboarding and the free trial

Planned for launch: a payment method will be required at registration, billing will start on day 15 unless you cancel before then, and the subscription will then renew automatically every month until you cancel.
Subscriptions and automatic billing aren't available yet. Checkout and billing are not active, so nothing can be bought or charged today.

6. How billing will work
The terms the pricing follows
The amounts shown on this page are illustrative; launch dates are not set.
- Core Dashboard first
- The only subscription every company has. Every module and integration is added to it by choice.
- À la carte, bundles optional
- Each module is chosen on its own, in Standard or, where a module offers it, AI Pro. Discounted bundles exist for common combinations, and none is ever required.
- Shared is not charged twice
- A module reachable from two categories is bought once and counted once.
- Keep your tools
- You never buy a Jade X² module just to keep using software you already have.
- Monthly billing at launch
- Billed monthly. Annual subscriptions come later.
- Two billing channels
- Subscriptions will be billed through Stripe; professional services are invoiced through BILL. Neither is live, and nothing is charged today.
7. Separate from the subscription
Professional services and custom development
Consulting (including CFO and CTO advisory), human-assisted bookkeeping, setup and data migration, and custom development are separate from the software subscription and never required. Each is a separate engagement, scoped and quoted for your business after a discovery conversation; no prices are published for them yet.

Pricing questions
- Are these the real prices?
- No. Every amount on this page is illustrative and subject to change, shown so you can see how pricing is intended to work. Final prices will be published when the Core Dashboard and the first modules are available. Until then we are happy to talk about early access or a custom build.
- Do I have to take a package of modules?
- No. You start with the Core Dashboard and add only the modules and integrations your business needs, each in its Standard tier or, where offered, AI Pro. Discounted bundles will be offered for common combinations, but none is required.
- Do I have to use AI?
- No. Every part of Jade X² is designed to work by hand. AI Pro tiers and AI help are optional, and a person approves any action that affects customers, pricing or money.
- Can I change modules later?
- Yes. The platform is designed so modules and integrations can be added or removed as your business changes.
- How are professional services and custom development priced?
- Consulting, human-assisted bookkeeping, custom development and other advisory work are scoped to each engagement after a discovery conversation, so you know the scope and cost before work begins.
- Can I take my data with me?
- Yes. You own your business data and the platform is designed to support exporting it.
