Software platform
How the Jade X² platform works
A shared, secure Core sits underneath everything. On top, you choose individual modules across six business categories. They share one set of information, so what you enter once is available wherever it is needed.
How Jade X² Grows With Your Business
The captions shown in the video, in order. The video also carries the note “Concept preview. Jade X² is in development, the features shown are planned.”
- Tools that don’t talk to each other
- One flexible foundation
- Keep the tools you already use
- Where something’s missing
- Jade fills the gaps
- A new customer arrives
- Carry detals into a quote.
- Accepted quote starts a project
- Hours flow to accounting and payroll
- Nothing typed,
- Nothing lost.
- One clear view of the business
- Swap out what costs too much
- Swap it for a Jade module.
- More affordable. Customable.
- Less managing. More running.
- Your business, connected.
Our approach
How We Build Smarter Business Solutions
We study the software you already use, decide what to keep, connect and improve, then integrate what works and build only what's missing, as Jade X² modules that can be reused for other businesses.
Stage 1 of 5
Analyze Current Software
Understand how the business really uses its software today.
- Review the application as a user or business analyst
- Map key workflows, features and data
- Identify what the business actually uses
- Note pain points, gaps and unnecessary features
- Document integrations, reports and user roles
Key Benefits

Integrations
Explore Our Planned Integrations
Accounting, payroll, bill-pay, calendar and phone systems will connect through separate adapters, so a new connection never means reworking the Core. Keep the tools that work for your team. Each app below shows its stage: only those marked Available and verified can be connected today; the rest are being built or planned.
- 0Available and verifiedBuilt and tested. A company can turn it on from its own App Directory.
- 1In developmentBeing built. Nothing can be connected yet.
- 49PlannedOn the roadmap. Nothing is built yet.
Jade X² Preferred Jade X² Preferred is our own recommendation for companies choosing a tool. It is not a partnership with or an endorsement by the vendor, and it does not mean the integration is available.

Apps without a logo we can use yet show the image of their Jade X² category.
Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. Listing an app is not a partnership with the vendor or an endorsement by it, and does not mean the integration works today; the stage on each card says what exists.
Need an app that isn't listed? Tell us which one. Or see how a company chooses its apps in the demo's App Directory, with fictional data.
Six AI executives
An optional executive for each category
Each AI executive pairs experienced leadership with AI-powered analysis for one part of the business, working from the data you authorize, whether it lives in Jade X² modules or in the tools you already use.
How they work together
The executives share one set of company information, so each one's work informs the others: a cash forecast from the CFO shapes the COO's schedule, the CSO's pipeline guides the CMO's campaigns, and the CHRO and CTO plan people and systems around both. Recommendations that cross departments are brought together for you, not sent separately.
AI is optional, and you stay in control
Every department can run on traditional, manual workflows. Department by department, you choose whether AI only suggests, assists with routine work, or handles more as you approve it, and you can step back at any time. Actions that affect customers, pricing or money keep a human approval step.

Your dashboard
Personalized for each company and each person
Each company's dashboard shows only the modules it chose, with its own name and brand colour, and owners and administrators decide what comes first.
Owners, administrators, managers, team members and read-only viewers each see and change only what their role allows.
Optional professional services
People to help, when you want them
Bookkeeping, executive consulting, setup and data migration, and custom development are available alongside the modules in each category. None of it is required.
Where it stands
In active development
The shared, security-first Core is in development and nothing is available to customers yet. Modules are shown with fictional data in the public demos and marked with their current stage on the Solutions page. If a module would solve a problem for your business today, we can talk about early access or a custom build.
